Sie nähern sich der Toten Zone: Erschöpfung in der Partnerschaft

Michael Hickey won't even try to have a conversation with his wife, Karen Ambrose, when she gets home from work. She's just too tired to talk, she says, and despite what's on Michael's mind, he waits for his wife to signal she's ready to talk. Are you too tired after work to talk? You are not alone. A December Harvard Business Review study of 975 global managers finds that around 45% of high-earning managers find themselves too tired to talk to their spouse or partner after a long workday. Sometimes those who enter such conversation "dead-zones" just need fifteen minutes of isolation before they can resume interacting. (The Wall Street Journal, Midwest ed., 22-Feb-2007, p. D1)
