Coaching Leaders in Times of Tranformation
The Systems Approach to Coaching Leaders (SACC) is consistent with the view that coaching, like any relational approach to learning, is socially constructed within its particular context. In the case of corporate coaching that context is the organization as a whole. A systems approach to corporate coaching approaches the design of a coaching program by considering the culture and values of the organisation as well as coaching skills in guiding transformational learning. The SACC model provides a map for the professional to use in planning a coaching program for leadership development.
